OK, it should be possible to have one domain use the NT user database while
others use an external one. The trick is which _NT_ user database you want
to use. If your server is an NT domain controller (PDC or BDC), then all
users in the _NT_ domain will wind up with accounts in the _IMail_ domain.
If the NT server is merely a standalone server, then only the users with
accounts on the server itself will be in the IMail domain. Please note the
distinction between IMail's domains and NT's domains in this
discussion--they're not the same! Perhaps it would be easier after all to
use the IMail database, separate from the NT database, for such a small
number of users?

thanks for u're reply ...
We'll have 3 Domains on our server. Only one, the one for our own eMail's
should be hosted in the nt user database. This will be max 20 or 30 eMail
accounts. With the main names of our Usernames .. so we thougt it should be
the easiest, and secure way to manage the accounts.
The other two domains with a few hundreds users will be on our sql server.
So do u really think that this will be more work with the nt user database?
i don't know .. what we shall do :(
(im just wondering if anyone could know what i mean ... )
