Dusty, I still have same problem, I tried as you suggested as follow:
Office Host Name: domainA.com (note: no host id)
Alias: domainB.com mail.domainB.com
also entries in .../etc/hosts
...199 domainA.com
...199 domainB.com
DNS shows:
domainA.com a ...199
sitemail.domainA.com a ...199
domainA.com mx 10 sitemail.domainA.com
mail.domainB.com a ...199
domainB.com mx 10 domainA.com
Now when someone email to [EMAIL PROTECTED], it fails. When someone email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], it works.
It looks like Imail is not reponding to alias "domainB.com" and only to
"mail.domainB.com".

>Make sure that you are using a space versus a comma to separate your
aliases.
Example: domaina.com domainb.com mail.domainb.com
The MX record for domainb.com in this case only needs to
point to domaina.com
Host entries in this case are optional but it never hurts.

Subject: [IMail Forum] second domain @domainB.com won't work
> Hi all,
>
> It has been a while since I worked on Imail. I have had @domainA.com
working fine. Now I am adding a second domain (@domainB.com), I don't seem
to be able to get Imail to accept @domainB.com email.
>
> I had set The Official Host Name of the first domain to "domainA.com" with
the proper entry in hosts, and proper mx points to Imail server. And
@domainA.com works. Now I wish to have Imail also accept @domainB.com, I add
"domainB.com" in the alias. Also with mx of domainB.com point to Imail
server (mail.domainA.com). When outside world send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
it wouldn't work. The log of external SMTP server says that "MX host does
not respond".

then the users' email address become [EMAIL PROTECTED]

domainB.com, this also didn't work)
