Why are you pointing domainA to sitemail.domainA.com
yet sitemail.domainA.com is not in your Imail setup?

If domainA.com mail is working with this method then
why not point domainB.com MX records to sitemail.domainA.com also?

As Dave pointed out, if you could send me the actual domain
names I could do some lookups here to see if there is a problem
with DNS. You can send to me off-list at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and I will be glad to lok it over.

>Dusty, I still have same problem, I tried as you suggested as follow:
>
>Office Host Name: domainA.com (note: no host id)
>Alias: domainB.com mail.domainB.com
>
>also entries in .../etc/hosts
>...199 domainA.com
>...199 domainB.com
>
>DNS shows:
>domainA.com a ...199
>sitemail.domainA.com a ...199
>domainA.com mx 10 sitemail.domainA.com
>
>mail.domainB.com a ...199
>domainB.com mx 10 domainA.com

>Now when someone email to [EMAIL PROTECTED], it fails. When someone email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], it works.

>It looks like Imail is not reponding to alias "domainB.com" and only to
"mail.domainB.com".
