It is actually available (for the subscribe/ unsubscribe functions) at the
ipswitch site under "utilities"...
It is a perl script called imailsrv.pl
It is the same one that IPSwitch is using on their own site.

AFAIK, this is not offered by Ipswitch, but it's trivial to do this with
ASP.
