Been there just yesterday  :)   Are you using a proxy server?  If so, do it 
have a internal IP address?  If so, then remove that address from your 
replay mail for in SMTP security.

The list was just discussing submasks.  If your proxy is 192.168.0.1 then 
your relay would be 192.168.0.2 somesubmask number

Use samspade.org, grc.com and hackerwacker.com to test you open relay.
