When you say it forces them out, could this be a ISP proxy or load balancing
problem? I.e. do the effected users use a particular ISP like AOL.

Have selected "Ignore Source address in security check" in the web messaging
options? If not then you probably should for mail services provided to users
on unknown ISP's.

Subject: [IMail Forum] HELP!

I'm pulling my hair out here

Web messaging cannot support many concurrent users. I am running a 100%
dedicated Quad Xeon with a GIG of RAM nothing else running on the box and it
still randomly forces my members out so they have to log in over and over
again.

Do I need more RAM? Are there any configuration 'tweaks' I can apply to the
IMAIL admin or SERVER.

Does anyone else get this Problem?

Any help would be great - Ta.
