David,
How did you 'add yourself' to the list? I would recommend you 'undo' what you
did and try sending an email to subscribe to the list. You should get the
'subscribe' message and find your entries in the files shown when you click
the Addresses and Users buttons. If all is well to this point, then try
sending a message to the list email address.
