That is the way a knowledgeable person would handle it and everyone on that
list knows that. How about as a listserve manager to protect all of us from
FOOLS. I also know how to make it stop. But, occasionally I do sleep and in
a few hours hundreds of messages caused by ONE IDIOT can disperse to an
entire listserve.
Majordomo and Lyris I believe can set limits on replies per day, length of
quoted replies, length of replies, and eliminate attachements.
Imail seems to be crippled in all of those areas. Not a complex programming
task to avoid the problems inherent in the lack of control of these areas.
I can no longer recommend IMAIL for its listserve capabilities until this
problem is solved. I lived in fear of it happenning for the past year and
today the EMAIL HIT THE FAN.
