Dealing with the same issue here... sounds like the only answer is to
require smtp authentication for all users (boy I wish that was the default
setting....)

I recently had ORBS.ORG test my server and it failed one of the spam tests.
The header used is below:
RCPT TO:<manawatu.co.nz!orbs-relaytest@[206.162.42.250]>
I have all the settings set as I was told and read with the "relay for
addresses" set to relay for my ip block.
How did this header get thru and what can I do to stop it. All the other
tests appeared to have been successfully blocked.
Please any help is greatly appreciated.
