It's pretty clear that Imail faxing is hardly up there with the primary 
services that make us love Imail.  Not every tool in the Swiss army knife 
is a strong as the next.  If you're really serious about faxing, Imail's 
fax facility isn't what you shoud go with.

Here's a company that specializes in faxing with reasonably priced 
products, 50,000+ fax servers sold. You can email .doc and .rtf attachments 
to a msg to a mailbox and it will read the mail, raster the docs and fax
