I need help. I have configured my IMail with SMTP Security: Relay for IP's
and SMTP AUTH Reporting checked. I have some serious problems.
Of all the users I have some are in the range of the IPs for Relay and other
ones aren�t. That is why I have activated the SMTP-AUTH REPORTING.
Irrespectively of these users the problem is affecting all of them.
Continually when my users are trying to send messages via e-mail a window is
appearing asking for their user-id and password, resulting in a continuous
denial of access to the mailserver for my users. I can resolve this problem
temporarily by resetting the SMTP-server, however this is not very
productive and efficient.
As I need to provide a continuous service to my customers, enabling them
100% accessibility to the SMTP-server I need a solution as soon as possible.
