Actually, WinNT Help has a better explanation of many of the prompt
commands. The GUI front end for AT is part of the Resource Kit, which I
believe is a purchased extra for NT in its complete form--try this location
for pieces/parts:

At is a Scheduler for Win NT.  It allows you to schedule batch files or
executables to run at a set period of time.  If you go to the command propmt
and type AT ? it gives you a basic background, but not very much info.
