It's with Explorer 5, however it's not always installed by default. If I'm
not mistaken it can be added to an existing installation by hitting
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/download/default.asp . It will replace
the "Scheduler" service with "Task Scheduler" and convert your AT entries
to the new format. (which is much more like cron, much more flexible).
