Hi all....
I know someone had answered this for me on the list previously, but I think
I got a little wild on the "delete" button...
Anyhow... the issue I'm having, is with the subscribe1.pl. I still can't
get it to subscribe the user, unless I change the address in my form to be
that of my list serv....
The form is submitted, and I received the e-mail with the commands.... I
then reply with the commands.... and nothing!
I noticed that the reply address is that of the required program alias that
calls the script....
So I assume that the script then deletes the extra text in the body and
issues the commands to the list server address. It doesn't seem to do this.
If I change the address in the form to come from the list server address, I
can then reply, and the command is issued... even with the extra text.
I know that there can be issues if it isn't done with the second script....
Any idea's?
PS... my program alias points in the format...
c:\perl\bin\perl.exe d:\inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-bin\subscribe1.pl
That was my understanding on how it needed to be for the alias....
