Brian,
Peering does support its own set of users on each server. This means that a
user would have to connect to 'his' server to get his mail. Local delivery
(users on the same host) could be just that, as long as the email address is
'[EMAIL PROTECTED]'.
Of course, Peering works only with other IMail Servers, so your 'Gateway'
would also have to be one, or it would have to not be a 'Peer'.
