I know it is possible to check incomming mail against a rules list for words in Subject, Body etc. We are an educational establishment and use a badword list to filter out inappropriate mail getting to pupils. What I am wanting to know is if it is possible to also subject outgoing mail to the same checks to avoid pupils sending e-mails out from schools containing certain words..   Any help would be appreciated.   Andy Harrold Aberdeenshire Council
