Netscape Messenger not support  'smtp authentification', an enormous flaw, imo.

I can access the Imail server using MS Outlook and Outlook Express. Web
interface works fine. When I try to use Netscape's Messenger, it prompts me
for a password and will not accept it. Any ideas?
