We have released our utility:

IMFilter V2.0

This is a multi-threaded command line utility that will propagate RULES.IMA
files to top-level domain directories, and .FWD files to user directories.

It works directly with IMail through the Windows Registry, and it will
locate new users - even if you are using an external (ODBC) database.

There are many other features that are helpful for managing the "global
filtering" process, including the ability to exclude users, domains, and
directories.

Our URL for this utility is:

http://www.microneil.com/imfilter.html

Hope this helps.
