Meanwhile, your eloquent essay on Change is right on the money. We independent ISPs
(and many of the software providers we work with - IMail, Vircom, Rodopi, Platypus,
etc.) may be TOAST in a year or two, unless we strive to offer value beyond what the
Enormous Giant Providers can give.
Much as I value some of the data on my 360KB floppy disks, I don't even have a system
around that can read them anymore. They're headed for the dumpster, through no fault
of their own. Change happens; get on the bus, or get hit by the bus.
