OpenView.... http://www.openview.hp.com/
HP includes some scaled-down freebie version with their servers, using
SNMP-based agents, but I didn't like it that much. Take a look at
http://www.openview.hp.com/products/itadmin/ it might be "more" than what
you're looking to do, but it's a really good product (if you can afford
it)... ;-)
