There may be several but one I know of is

They have a pretty nice activex browser tool that you might figure out how
to use with the interface. They also have a server side tool but you'd have
to build a different interface I think for it. Server side tools are
cumbersome to me. This one is similar to the one that excite and other web
messaging systems use.
