You need to shut off 'rich text format'. The file attachment is in a
TNEF format. If you look at the e-mail headers, it should have TNEF
somewhere. On another server here, I have a filter set up to watch for
the TNEF attachment. It then unpacks the attachment and reattaches the
contents so other non-Outlook users can view the attachments.
