Need some help here –

 

Every time we get the error “Send message thread exception” SMTP shuts down and our mail queue starts piling up.  SO far, the only way we know to fix it is to find the offending message(s), delete them, and re-boot the server (stopping and starting SMTP/Queue Manager has no effect).

 

Anybody have ideas?  There is nothing that we find in the KB…
