I reported this problem to Ipswitch in March, 2005 and on March 17, 2005 I received my last communication on the matter: "The head of development is working on this issue. We will keep you posted as to what is going on." I haven't heard anything since then. I was running 8.15 at the time and I'm now running 8.2HF2. I haven't had the problem in a while (knock on wood).
