I wish there was something that I could do about it, but the CEO has already made up his mind and supposedly even talked with his attorneys about it as well.. Still makes no sense to me, but I'm forced to do their bidding.
..FWIW, we have successfully prosecuted with the disclaimer being the sole reason for ..doing so. In our case, the defendant stated that he had indeed read the disclaimer ..and proceeded to forward the mail onward. ..The key was the he said he read it.
