[IMail Forum] OT: HIPPA Compliance

Has anyone been involved in HIPPA compliance?  We are in the process of 
coming up with a strategy to encrypt PHI (Personal Health Information) 
emails and attachments.  I suppose we could have each of our users 
install PGP or something like that, but does anyone know of a way to do 
it at the server? Not all emails need be encrypted, so there would have 
to be a way to designate whether an email should be encrypted or not.  
I'm worried about all our people having to manage their keys and 
whatnot, so a server-based system, that integrates with Imail or Declude 
(and Outlook?) would be nice.  Any suggestions?
