If  the destination address is local, that's not relaying. You'll also
note  that  the  entries  in  the list are dotted-decimals, not e-mail
addresses.

The  'Relay  mail  for' is indeed the location of the SMTP relay list,
meaning  relay-for-source-IP.  (This list is also used for gatewaying,
but you don't need to worry about that.)
