Whatever account the IMail services run under would need permissions to the registry keys if you're using the registry.  If you're using an external DB, then the problem is probably not with the registry... and you should check the data returned from the DB. (I have just moved it to a new box that was previously running Win 2k)   There were several domains that had a user set up as a host admin for their own domain. Since the migrations, all host admins now only see the user associated with the Official Host Name of the box (i.e our helpdesk users)...they cannot see the users on their own domain.   Cannot find anything in the KB associated with this problem.   Has anyone seen this issue before?   Thanks   BK
