Ben,
You could use a POP Collector Software, e.g.
EFS
http://www.chimera.co.nz/ (Freeware)
POPBeamer
http://www.dataenter.co.at/products/popbeamer.htm (US$149.-)
Some Mailservers have this feature built in, e.g. Merak.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Can you re-process on the messages in a mailbox
This is actually linked to my earlier question about forwarding all the
mail in a mailbox. For simply forwarding email between domains that we
control, the simplest process is to copy and rename the mailbox file.
However, what I would really like to do is re-process all the mail in a
mail box.
Is there a way to get Imail (v.7.15 for us) to go through all the mail in
a mailbox, as if it has just arrived?
Thanks,
Ben
