[IMail Forum] Way OT: Block Access To Website Based on Originating IP Address

Sorry for the OT but if its possible, someone on this list will definately 
know.  I have a customer who is complaining that they are getting lots of 
fraudulent activity on their website from Middle Eastern IP addresses. Is it 
possible to block access to his website from ip addresses that come from 
specific regions? Is there a database that I can use as a reference point? 
Can this be done? Can someone point me in the right direction?
