By default the iclient and iadmin virtual directories will be set up under the default web site. There are ways to configure IIS to look at the host headers to figure out where to go. If you move the iadmin and iclient directories or rename them you will have to make a registry change so the templates will know where they are installed in order to work correctly.

We host say 30 website domains on our IIS server as well as their respective Mail domain in Imail on the same server. Can the webmail service now be put in anyone or all of these domains? Currently if you use anyone of the domain names with the the port 8383 you will get to our webmail server logon page, because it is the only thing running on that port but if you user the standard port 80 then IIS looks at host headers to determine what site to go too. The web client runs under IIS just like any other site runs under IIS. The install will configure two virtual directories under IIS: Iadmin and Iclient.
