Title: Disable User Account

 

I’ve had this before … just setup rules under their user to send an vacation message and another rule to delete all inbound email.

Hello All,

Simple question, is it possible to disable a user account and have all email to it rejected or do I have to delete the account? I’ve got a client who is going on “leave” and doesn’t wants their account suspended/disabled but not deleted. I didn’t see anything specifically in the KB outside of disabling account access, but I’m not certain if that will reject the emails.
