I have a customer that is attempting to send an unsually large attachment, about 28MB in size. I politely suggested we set up a FTP for him, but he technically should be able to send such a large email, correct? For his domain, Mailbox sizes and limits are set to "0" for unlimited as well as on the main domain for the server.
The error is rather off color, "mailbox size too large". Can a mailbox size be too large?
