Christopher - We also run opt-in lists and had the same thing happen about a month ago. I went out to the link given before (http://postmaster.info.aol.com/contact/), filled out the information, and explained what the deal was. We were back up and goin within 48-72 hours. I thought it would be much more painful, but things worked in my favor for a change!
