No or limited Macintosh support - (Ipswitch has said maybe later but not
in
first release)

product manager for Messaging and Collaboration ISPs and EDU are important
markets for us and we need to support Macs at the client level.
This is a deal-breaker for me. I was planning to switch to SmarterMail when
I saw the new webmail and decided to stick with IMail for another year. I
wished I had asked the Mac question before I purchased the additional year
of support, because I require Mac support. There's no value to me in
staying on v8 for half of the support agreement life. So, now I will make
the move to SmarterMail and just be done with it.
Anyone know if the reseller (Provantage) will refund an unregistered service
agreement? If not, anyone need a discounted copy?
