If you close the Imail Administrator and open it again are the users
still there? (I have seen similar behavior where they disappear when I have
hozed the external database or its setting.)

We've had complaints from a few customers that they aren't receiving
messages. When we check the logs, we see blocks like below.
Note the two addresses: login160c (a valid alias) and login160 (a valid
POP)... the domain has been changed to protect the innocent...
We're creating both the users and the aliases through the
administrator. They are DEFINITELY there. Yet, we're getting this
"invalid user" message.
Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas on what could cause it? We're on
7.21
