We just upgraded to a brand new server for Imail and I've been using web
templates with SSL. I've noticed that they are sometimes unresponsive
and I can't determine why. Switching to "unsecure" mode brings the
templates right up. I know they're going to be slower but they shouldn't
be slow considering the new server speed.
Win 2003
Dual 3 GHz
2 Gig ram
Raid 5 on 15K drives
I'm wondering if there's a config problem or is this the level of
performance they provide? My concern is letting our customers loose on
SSL could result in complaints since I'm not happy with this with just 4
people using them.
Also, if version 9 is mostly managed by web templates then we'll have to
use SSL even more.
