1. Your statement was extremely broad and open, so it was unquestionable
false as Declude and Imail have a way to stop spammers using webmail. The
word stop is misleading, as they adapt and then we have to adapt, so it is
never ending.

2. Webmail is not the tool of choice for spammers in the first place, as
they actually have to log onto the web interface and create the message and
add users. There is no way to automate that process that I know of, and
therefore is extremely cumbersome for a spammer, as the whole point of a
spammer is get out as many thousands of messages as possible. Using webmail
is just too slow for that.

3. The problem of scanning of Webmail has nothing to do with Declude. It is
the problem of Imail. When a message is sent using Webmail, Imail hands the
message to the Queue Manger service for direct delivery, therefore Declude
never gets a chance to see it.
