Use cleanlist.exe (that comes with Imail). Cleanlist.exe /a url-domain-bl.txt works well
Or use Cleanlist.exe /q url-domain-bl.txt to be prompted for how far to skin them down. The anitspamseeder.exe will pull the URLs out of a mbx file and add them in for you with the proper switches.
