I often receive alerts from our Symantec Mail Security for SMTP server that Hotmail's mail servers won't accept the message and that it will continue trying for 1 more day. Often I then receive a reply back the next day that the message failed to be delivered.
We have no idea why because reverse DNS lookups on our domain and working, and we have the SPF information setup in DNS as well, so any checks that Hotmail are doing should work. I'd also like to hear if anyone knows why this could happen?
