We've  installed IMail on Windows native active/passive clusters since
NT  EE  and  haven't  had  many  issues  to speak of. Set up the IMail
daemons and Registry areas as generic resources.

If  you're careful, it's possible to create active/active clusters, if
you  have multiple domains, where each cluster partner serves a subset
of  those  domains  until there's a failover, in which case the active
server  takes over all domains (the MX algorithm is essential to this;
it's not all in the cluster itself).

All  that  said,  we've been using Double-Take instead since last year
and  have been much more impressed. . . it's a fixed software cost vs.
higher   hardware   costs  to  match  the  HCL,  and  DT  allows  easy
geoclustering.
