I found out that my
users are using the forward option to send a 'copy' of their messages to their
backup coworker while they're out of the office.
Am I right in saying
that when a message is forwarded, the original message is sent to the specified
address without leaving a copy?
If yes, then they
need to create a very basic rule and use the 'copy' action.
