John is absolutely right. IMHO, it is irresponsible for any company that makes mail software for Windows to even give this option, short of a registry hack. Such bogus reports from admins are referred to in mail admin circles as "blowback". I report all antivirus blowback to SpamCop as spam (which it is). There are a growing number of servers being blacklisted because their admins are irresponsibly "bouncing" virus reports to my users, many of whom will get all paranoid and call ME thinking that their computer or e-mail address has been compromised!
I have spent several hours over the past two weeks having to write rules that block these bogus reports from making it to my users. There is absolutely no legitimate reason for these to ever be sent. I am actually REJECTING these "notifications" at the envelope using Postfix. No sense using up my iMail resources for this kind of garbage.
