Hi Rick,

Everyone has read access in a subfolder of the windows directory? Are you sure? 
Usually Everyone has no access at all. We checked our clients and servers: the 
group everyone is locked out from the folder %windir%\registration.

Us at least authentificated user instead of everyone.
