[IMail Forum] alias error

I tried to add 'techno.man' as an alias for a client and I get an error that says: Validation Error Alias Name must be an alphanumeric string Is this another bug or can we no longer create aliases like this? It also begs the question of creating an email account with a "." in it. Bill
