I'm talking about creating a list of narrowed ranges that conduct
dictionary attacks.
I wouldn't go above ClassC.
I would also not block IPs with PTR.
Following those 2 policies, I have an ACL harvested over the past 15
months at one client that is 1,960,945 lines long, including 14,044 ClassC. :)
