Are we sure it (the error) is coming from IMail? What do the logs show for
the transaction from their IP?

The mail will not send from outlook.
Microsoft website says:
CAUSE
This problem occurs when your mail server requires both Secure Sockets
Layer
security (SSL) and Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
I don't require either, AND it only happens on ONE account.
