Just a shot here Grant, but as it is unclear in what securtiy context I-mail
launches these programs, I wonder if the program is running into permissions
problems, but only when run by I-mail. You could either turn on all
securtiy auditing, let the program run from the I-mail service, and then
screen the securtiy log for hints or try to run the progam from the command
line while logged in as a generic user. Hope this helps a bit anyway..

Went out and did that also. Still no reponse, just sits in the task
manager. This script has no user interaction, therefore should not bring up
any windows. I did also create a script that shows msg boxes as to where it
is at, but none of them come up when running that either. I am going to try
logging to a file now and see if I even hit the first execution!
