dnsreport.com seem to think my PTR records are setup properly. And SurfControl is either caching outdated info
The negative caching value is the last field in the SOA record, and ONLY applies to negative DNS responses, not to timed-out no-responses.
Surfcontrol may have its own fabricated value for negative caching TTL.
