One thing to look for is DNS problems. You do have some mismatched records:

Subject: [IMail Forum] Undeliverable Email?
Hello! I need some advice. There are two companies, maybe more that we
don't know about,
that try to send email to people at my company but get error messages. In
my case, if they
originate the email they get a response from [EMAIL PROTECTED] saying:
undeliverable to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
This applies to any user at our company that they might send an email to.
However, if they
reply to an email that they just received from us the message goes through
just fine. The
companies are as thoroughly white listed as I can get them; each user,
each mail server,
each gateway, and each sub and sub-sub domain which shouldn't really be
necessary. I have
all the IMail logs running fully verbose and I still don't see anything
that would indicate a
problem. There is nothing in the OS's events either. It is very strange.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Matthew Hanna
